Code of Ethics
This Code of ethical conduct has been adopted to engender and instil the highest ethical standards in all persons engaged in the Timesharing industry in New Zealand.
The Code is phrased in simple and unambiguous terms and is to be observed and practised - in the spirit as well as in the letter - by all members of the Council and their advertising, marketing, sales and management staff.
The Code is adopted for the benefit of both the consumer and the member to ensure that all aspects of the Timesharing industry will be conducted on a high ethical plane; trusted and respected by all.
Each member of the Association is required to observe and abide by this Code of Ethics and unawareness of the Code shall be no excuse for its non-observance by any member, or anyone acting for the benefit of any member
The word "Council" means the New Zealand Holiday Owner Council Inc.
