Holiday Ownership Council
The New Zealand Holiday Ownership Council (NZHOC) established in 1987 is the industry association for the timeshare industry in New Zealand.
Most New Zealand timeshare resorts, exchange companies, management companies and sales and marketing organisations and associated professional bodies are members of the Council.
The Council has an executive committee which is elected annually at each annual meeting and details of the current committee members can be found here.
The NZHOC represents the interests of those involved in the New Zealand Timeshare Industry, provides oversight to the timeshare industry in New Zealand, provides a forum for industry participants and monitors the activities of those involved in the industry.
The Council fosters a standard of ethics and adherence to industry best practice by its members and acts as a source of information and knowledge for its members.
