Timeshare Exchange

The general principles of exchanging are:

• Members have a week to exchange with or points to relinquish
   
• Members put their weeks into the exchange pool and draw on it when they wish to place their holiday request
   
• Exchanges are arranged on a like for like basis, i.e. if you own a one bedroom unit you are confirmed on exchange to the same size unit or smaller unit.
   
• Similarly, exchanges are confirmed taking into consideration seasonal values of the week being relinquished
   
• Exchange members can place their exchange requests in some cases up to two years in advance
   
• Members pay a fee for this service
